Steve Uhrich, BA/CDP

Principal/Executive Director
Daily operations, assessments, individual sessions

Steve is a lifelong resident of Washington State and a Business Administration graduate of the University of Portland.  He has over 15 years prior experience in sales and marketing management, which he brings to his role as executive director of Assessment & Treatment Associates.  Steve is a Chemical Dependency Professional and has owned and operated ATA for the last 10 years. His hobbies include golf, cycling, sports conditioning, cooking and boating.

Gary Umemoto, BA

Chief Operating Officer
Office supervisor, financial intakes, client billing

Gary is a lifelong resident of Washington State and a Business Administration graduate of Central Washington University. He brings 20+ years of customer service, project management and office administration experience to his role as Office Manager for Assessment & Treatment Associates.

Sharon Fenton, BSW/CDP

Clinical Director
Chemical Dependency Professional Responsible for all clinical issues and supervision

Sharon graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor Degree in Social Work in 1993. She began working in the chemical dependency field in 1994 and became certified as a CDP in 1996. Sharon has been working in outpatient treatment on the eastside of King County for the past fourteen years. She joined ATA as their Clinical Director in June 2007 and is responsible for all clinical functions. She is also an instructor at Bellevue Community College in the Alcohol and Drug Counseling Program teaching classes in DUI Assessment, Family System and Introduction to Counseling.
